Join a morning Yoga/Meditation session at the resort to start the day.
Experience a spa treatment package (including): a relaxing massage, a healthy lunch, and fruit juice.
Suggestion: Cycle (3 km) to explore Trung Luong Beach, a unique beach located beneath a high slope with very clear blue water. Or participate in water sports at the resort such as kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and bodyboarding.

Spend time relaxing and enjoying the resort, or take part in the suggested activities below:
- Option 1: Join half-day tour programs organized by the resort (itineraries vary by day and are not included in the package price).
- Option 2: TVS will arrange a private vehicle for you to explore famous destinations in Quy Nhon such as Ky Co, Eo Gio, Nhon Ly, Hon Kho, or visit Banh It Towers, Ghenh Rang Beach, and discover local cuisine in Quy Nhon city center (not included in the package price).
